Economic analysis that shapes the law

Criterion is located in the historic Sprenger Lang Building, at the corners of 20th Street, Hillyer Place and Connecticut Avenue, just north of Dupont Circle. Built in 1894 as the residence of Alfred Gillett, the palatial home combined the Queen Anne and Richardsonian Romanesque styles.

Today the building maintains the architectural integrity of the original design by Thomas Franklin Schneider despite its conversion to office space in 1951.
